Ethics
Tozzi Sud S.p.A. deemed appropriate and necessary to adopt a Code of Ethics that defines values, principles and guidelines to which all Administrators, Employees and Collaborators must adapt their behaviors sharing patterns, roles and rules and assuming personal responsibility within and outside the Company for any violations, even though it does not imply any liability towards third parties.
Knowledge and compliance with the Code of Ethics by all the people who work for Tozzi Sud S.p.A. are vital for establishing and continuing an employment relationship. The Code is also made available to all individuals Tozzi Sud S.p.A. has a business relationship with, both in Italy and Abroad.
By adopting this Code Tozzi Sud S.p.A. sought to define a set of rules:
- Of conduct with regard to relationships with Customers, Vendors, Colleagues, Competitors, Communities and the Environment where Tozzi Sud S.p.A. pays attentions to the consistency of its activities inside and outside the company, demanding at the same time respect from all of the stakeholders identified;
- Of Tozzi Sud S.p.A.’s organization and management, aimed at creating an effective monitoring system on activities and ensuring the prevention of the offences commission as prescribed by the Italian Decree No. 231/01 on administrative liability of firms.
